设计并制作了一台简易数字电感计。硬件由电容三点式振荡电路和整形电路构成,软件用V HDL编写,在Nesys3开发平台上通过调试,并实现与硬件部分的对接。给出了设计过程,仿真和实测结果证明该方法避免了复杂的算术运算,在一定精度范围内满足小功率电感的测试需要。

A simple digital inductance meter is designed and fabricated .The hardware part consists of the capacitance three‐point oscillation circuit and the shaping circuit .The software is compiled with VHDL , debugging through on Nesys3 development platform to realize the docking with the hardware part .The design process is given .The simulation and experimental results prove that this method can avoid the complicated arithmetic .This method can meet the need of the low power inductance test within a certain precision range .
