目的：研究抑郁症患者血浆瘦素水平与抗抑郁疗效的相关性。方法选择86例抑郁症患者为研究组和80名健康人作对照组，测定对照组的血浆瘦素水平，研究组接受6周的抗抑郁药物治疗，在治疗前后测定研究组患者的血浆瘦素水平、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ HAMD）及Beck绝望量表（ BHS）评分。结果研究组患者治疗前血浆瘦素水平均低于对照组（P＜0．05），治疗后两组间血浆瘦素水平无显著差异（P＞0．05）。研究组患者治疗后HAMD评分与BHS评分均低于治疗前（P＜0．05）。研究组血浆瘦素变化值与HAMD减分值、BHS减分值均呈负相关（P＜0．05）。结论抑郁症患者血浆瘦素水平与其抑郁症状存在一定的相关性。
목적：연구억욱증환자혈장수소수평여항억욱료효적상관성。방법선택86례억욱증환자위연구조화80명건강인작대조조，측정대조조적혈장수소수평，연구조접수6주적항억욱약물치료，재치료전후측정연구조환자적혈장수소수평、한밀이돈억욱량표（ HAMD）급Beck절망량표（ BHS）평분。결과연구조환자치료전혈장수소수평균저우대조조（P＜0．05），치료후량조간혈장수소수평무현저차이（P＞0．05）。연구조환자치료후HAMD평분여BHS평분균저우치료전（P＜0．05）。연구조혈장수소변화치여HAMD감분치、BHS감분치균정부상관（P＜0．05）。결론억욱증환자혈장수소수평여기억욱증상존재일정적상관성。
Objective To explore the correlation of plasma leptin levels and depressive symptoms in patients with depression. Methods A total of 86 patients with depression in study group and 80 healthy people in control group were selected in this study.The control group were only examined for the plasma leptin levels.The study group were treated with antidepressants for 6 weeks and assessed with the plasma leptin levels, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale ( HDMA ) and Beck Hopelessness Scale ( BHS) before and after treatment.Results The plasma leptin levels in study group before treatment were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05) and after treatment there was no difference for plasma leptin levels between two groups(P>0.05).The scores of HAMD and BHS in study group after treatment were all significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The change value of plasma leptin in study group was negatively correlated to the reduced scores of HAMD and BHS(P<0.05).Conclusion There is the correlation between the plasma leptin levels and depressive symptoms in patients with depression.
