目的:研究环境条件对注射泵质量性能检测的影响,为进行注射泵现场质量检测提供依据。方法采用现场运行试验方法,分别在高温、湿热、低温和存在振动环境条件下,对注射泵流速准确性和阻塞报警阈值进行测试,将测量结果与标准环境条件下的测量结果对比,对照分析气候条件和振动对注射泵性能检测的影响规律。结果在高温和湿热环境下,流量测量结果偏高,输出相对误差明显增加,超出最大允许误差;低温环境会使流量测量结果偏低,输出相对误差明显增加,超出最大允许误差;振动对测量结果无明显影响;环境条件对阻塞报警压力阈值测量结果无影响。结论必须加强注射泵现场检测技术的研究。

Objective To explore the inlfuence of environmental conditions on injection pump performance testing so as to provide foundations for field quality testing of injection pumps. Methods By using the field testing method, the flow accuracy and blocking alarm threshold of the injection pump were detected respectively under the high temperature, damp heat, low temperature and vibration environment conditions. The testing results under field environment were compared with those under laboratory environment so as to study the influence of climatic conditions and vibration on the injection pump performance testing. Results Under the high temperature and humid environment, lfow measurement was higher and the relative error of the flow was beyond the maximum permissible error. Under the low temperature environment, the lfow measurement was lower and the relative error of the lfow was beyond the maximum permissible error. Vibration had no obvious inlfuence on the testing results. The blocking alarm threshold was not affected by environment. Conclusion Study on ifeld testing technique of injection pumps must be strengthened.
