目的:探索适应医院规范化、信息化管理需求的医疗设备分类编码建设方案。方法在分析现有医疗设备国家标准分类代码基础上,建立我院医疗设备标准分类数据库字典,实现将现有国家及行业标准分类多码合一。结果在使用医疗设备标准分类字典时,管理人员录入系统只需与设备品名字典中的标准名称作对应,系统可自动完成多码对应和以任一分类代码为索引的统计分析工作,便于医院与上下级单位及各子系统之间的数据交换、综合查询及统计分析。结论规范的医疗设备分类编码管理是提高医疗设备管理水平和应用信息系统的基础条件。

Objective To explore a medical equipment classiifcation and coding solution that can meet the needs of standardization and information management in the hospital. Methods Based on the analysis of existing national standards, medical equipment classiifcation database was established in the hospital, thereby realizing correspondence between existing national standards. Results With use of the standard medical equipment classiifcation dictionary, the system operator could match the medical equipment name with the standard name. Then, the system could automatically complete the multiple code corresponding and statistical analysis of indexes for each code, which allowed for data exchange, comprehensive inquiry and statistical analysis between the hospital and the subordinate units as well as the subsystems. Conclusion The standardized classification and coding of medical equipment management provided basic conditions for improved management of medical equipment and application of information systems.
