以经典的中位选民模型为理论基础，利用全国“十县百村”新农村建设调查的1981户农户数据，运用有序logit计量模型，对农户公共品需求的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果显示：收入对农业生产设施、农村道路和社会保障的需求偏好存在显著正向影响，说明农户的公共品需求具有明显的收入效应；其次，农户对农业生产设施和社会保障的需求具有明显的价格效应；另外，其他个人特征和村庄特征等因素也会影响农户公共品需求。

Based on China’s rural practice and using Median Voter Model ,this paper analyses the factors that influence villagers’ demand for public goods .On the basis of the empirical analysis of survey data of“ten counties and one hundred villages”,the results show that ,firstly personal income has positive influence on villagers’ de‐mand for agricultural production facilities ,roads and social security .The demand for public goods has a significant income effect;secondly the demand for agricultural production facilities and social security has a significant price effect;thirdly other personal characteristics and rural community characteristics also influence their demand for public goods .
