目的：针对血液净化设备临床使用高风险的现状，探讨有效的质量控制措施。方法按照国家和行业电气检测标准对我院70台不同厂家的血透机进行检测，分析不同型号血透机在临床使用中各环节风险产生的原因，提出相应的解决方案。结果通过加强血液净化设备的质量控制检测和有效的管理措施，保证了血透机的使用安全。结论血液净化设备是用于治疗维持患者生命的医疗设备，应高度重视其存在的风险，加强血液净化设备的质量控制为临床的安全应用提供有力保障。

목적：침대혈액정화설비림상사용고풍험적현상，탐토유효적질량공제조시。방법안조국가화행업전기검측표준대아원70태불동엄가적혈투궤진행검측，분석불동형호혈투궤재림상사용중각배절풍험산생적원인，제출상응적해결방안。결과통과가강혈액정화설비적질량공제검측화유효적관리조시，보증료혈투궤적사용안전。결론혈액정화설비시용우치료유지환자생명적의료설비，응고도중시기존재적풍험，가강혈액정화설비적질량공제위림상적안전응용제공유력보장。
Objective To explore effective improvement measures in view of high risks of clinical use of blood puriifcation equipment. Methods In accordance with the national and industrial electric test standards, 70 sets of hemodialysis equipment produced by multiple vendors were tested to analyze the causes of risks in clinical application of different models of hemodialysis equipment in each section. And then, appropriate solutions were proposed. Results The quality control detection of hemodialysis equipment was strengthened and effective management measures were taken, thereby ensuring the use security. Conclusion Great importance shall be attached to the risks of blood puriifcation equipment, a kind of life-maintaining medical equipment. Strengthened quality control of blood puriifcation equipment could provide effective protection for its secure clinical application.
