以文化自觉视阈来观之，充分利用区域民族音乐资源来加强国培课程建设是怀化学院音乐国培取得成效的重要原因之一。但目前在实施中还存在着课程设置缺乏科学性与主体自觉性不够等问题。区域民族音乐资源进国培课堂需要做好三方面工作：加强与区域民族音乐传承人合作、开展好区域民族音乐采风活动、实现与国培学员研究性学习有效对接。

Under the perspective of cultural consciousness , making full use of regional ethnic music resources to strengthen the course construction is one of the important reasons for the success in implementing the national training plan in the Music Department of Huaihua University . But there still exist some problems such as the lack of scientific nature in the curriculum and the inadequate consciousness of the main body . In order to make regional ethnic music resources into the classroom smoothly , it is necessary to do a good job in three aspects:strengthening regional cooperation with the inheritors of the regional folk music , carrying out the activities to collect national music heritage , and realizing the effective link with the trainees'inquiry learning .
