“以人为本”管理理念的提出,标志着一种人性化的社会发展理念的确立,也是人本意识的高度凝练。作为高校教师管理工作,其重要目的是规范教师行为,调动教师积极性,实现教师资源效用最大化。要实现这一目的,高校必须不断强化人本意识,树立“以师为本”的管理理念,切实围绕教师的物质和精神需求,制定科学合理的物质激励和非物质激励机制,针对不同教师群体采取灵活多样的激励模式,最大限度地激发教师潜能和工作热情,提高教师工作效能。
“以人為本”管理理唸的提齣,標誌著一種人性化的社會髮展理唸的確立,也是人本意識的高度凝練。作為高校教師管理工作,其重要目的是規範教師行為,調動教師積極性,實現教師資源效用最大化。要實現這一目的,高校必鬚不斷彊化人本意識,樹立“以師為本”的管理理唸,切實圍繞教師的物質和精神需求,製定科學閤理的物質激勵和非物質激勵機製,針對不同教師群體採取靈活多樣的激勵模式,最大限度地激髮教師潛能和工作熱情,提高教師工作效能。

T he proposal of “People‐oriented”management philosophy marks the establishment concept ,and is also the high concise of humanism .The important aim of teachers management in universities is to regu‐late teachers’ behavior ,arouse teachers’ enthusiasm ,and achieve the utility maximization of teacher re‐sources .In order to do these , universities are obliged to enhance humanism continuously , and build“Teacher‐oriented”management philosophy .It is necessary to formulate scientific and reasonable material and nonmaterial mechanisms practically enclosing teachers’ material and spirit demands ,adopt flexible and varied incentive models according to different teachers groups ,inspire teachers’ potential and working en‐thusiasm to maximum extent ,and improve teachers’ efficiency .
