小型犬尤其是玩具型犬的桡尺骨远端骨折的治疗属于临床上的一大难题。治疗过程中需要考虑的问题有很多，如骨折不愈合、延迟愈合、骨髓腔堵塞、应力遮蔽和应力集中等。使用 PRCL-S5型锁定骨板对小型犬桡尺骨远端进行内固定治疗，结合适当的术后护理措施，恢复良好。对常用的内固定方案进行了比较分析。

Distal radius and ulnar fractures have always been a technique difficulties in clinical treatment in small breed dogs especially toy breeds.There are a lots of complications need to be considered,such as non-unions,delayed unions,plugging of the marrow cavity,stress shielding,stress concentration et al.In this re-port,a small breed dog with distal radius and ulnar fractures was fixed with locking plate (PRCL-S5),and combined with proper postoperative nursing measures,recovered well.The schemes of internal fixation of distal radius and ulnar fractures that commonly used were compared and analyzed.
