目的：探讨青少年孤独症患者的脑突显网络的异常。方法对15例青少年孤独症患者（研究组）和15名健康对照者（对照组）进行3．0T静息态脑功能磁共振扫描，使用独立成分分析法对影像学结果进行分析。结果与对照组相比，研究组突显网络的左眶部额下回、左距状裂周围皮层、左额中回、右楔叶功能连通性减弱，右颞下回、右海马旁回、右枕中回功能连通性增强。结论青少年孤独症患者的静息态脑突显网络存在多个脑区的功能连通性改变。
목적：탐토청소년고독증환자적뇌돌현망락적이상。방법대15례청소년고독증환자（연구조）화15명건강대조자（대조조）진행3．0T정식태뇌공능자공진소묘，사용독립성분분석법대영상학결과진행분석。결과여대조조상비，연구조돌현망락적좌광부액하회、좌거상렬주위피층、좌액중회、우설협공능련통성감약，우섭하회、우해마방회、우침중회공능련통성증강。결론청소년고독증환자적정식태뇌돌현망락존재다개뇌구적공능련통성개변。
Objective To explore the abnormal function in the brain resting-state salience network for adolescents with autism.Methods A total of 15 adolescents with autism in study group and 15 healthy adolescents in control group were examined with the 3.0T resting-state Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging ( fMRI ) and the results were analyzed with independent component analysis.Results The functional connectivities on Frontal-Inf-Orb-L, Calcarine-L, Frontal-Mid-L and Cuneus-R in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group, but the functional connectivities on Temporal-nf-R, ParaHippocampal-R and Occipital-Mid-R in study group were significantly higher than those in control group.Conclusion There are abnormal functions for the brain resting-state salience network on some encephalic regions in the adolescents with autism.
