目的：依托军卫一号信息系统的“药局库存管理程序”，为二级库存药品库存数量设置上、下限阈值，为医生合理下达药疗医嘱提供支持。方法使用PowerBuilder 9.0语言工具，在“军卫一号”医生工作站程序中嵌入二级库药品库存数量阈值预警功能软件。结果临床医生在医生工作站可实时查询药品库存数量，合理开具处方或下达医嘱，避免因无效医嘱引发退药现象。结论阈值预警功能的应用减少了退药事件发生，提高了工作效率。
목적：의탁군위일호신식계통적“약국고존관리정서”，위이급고존약품고존수량설치상、하한역치，위의생합리하체약료의촉제공지지。방법사용PowerBuilder 9.0어언공구，재“군위일호”의생공작참정서중감입이급고약품고존수량역치예경공능연건。결과림상의생재의생공작참가실시사순약품고존수량，합리개구처방혹하체의촉，피면인무효의촉인발퇴약현상。결론역치예경공능적응용감소료퇴약사건발생，제고료공작효솔。
Objective To set the upper and lower threshold for the second order drug storeroom based on the drug storeroom storage management system in No.1 Military Medical Information System to provide support for doctors to give reasonable medical orders. Methods The threshold of the second order drug storeroom inventory was set on the drug storeroom storage management system. Then, the threshold early-warning function was added by using the tool of PowerBuilder 9.0 program language. Results Clinical doctors could query the drug inventory level, prescribe drugs and issue orders reasonably on their workstation. It could avoid the drug repercussion caused by invalid orders. Conclusion The application of threshold early-warning function could reduce drug repercussion and improve work efifciency.
