1985-2014年,我国中等职业教育规模经历了增长、下降、再增长、再下降4个发展阶段。采用多元回归的方法,研究发现中职规模主要受人均GDP、初中毕业生数和中职教育质量3个因素的影响。鉴于此,政府应重视对中职教育经费投入,扩大中职的招生范围,并促进中职教育质量提高。

From 1985 to 2014, the scale of secondary vocational school experiences four development stages, namely, increasing, dropping, increasing again, and dropping again. Based on the multiple-regression analysis, there is a conclusion that the main factors influencing the scale of the secondary vocational education are the per-capita GDP, the number of graduates from junior middle schools and the quality of secondary vocational education. Therefore, government should attach importance to the growth of investment, recruitment and quality improvement of the secondary vocational education.
