目的：探讨小切口单髁置换治疗膝单间室骨性关节炎的近中期效果。方法选择我院2013年1月~2015年3月收治的60例膝单间室骨性关节炎患者为观察对象，随机将其分为对照组和实验组，每组30例。对照组接受全膝关节置换术治疗，实验组接受小切口单髁置换治疗。比较两组的术后膝关节HSS、KSS评分以及髋膝踝角度等临床治疗效果评定指标，手术时间、术中出血量和术后住院天数等。结果实验组的术后膝关节HSS、KSS评分以及髋膝踝角度等临床治疗效果指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组的手术时间、术后住院天数明显短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口单髁置换手术是一种较为有效的膝单间室骨性关节炎临床治疗方法，具有较高的推广和应用价值。

Objective To explore the near and mid-term effect of small incision unicompartmental kneearthroplasty treating knee room osteoarthritis. Methods 60 patients with knee room osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from Jan-uary 2013 to March 2015 were selected as observation objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and each group was 30 patients.Control group was given total knee replacement surgery,while experi-mental group was given small incision unicompartmental knee arthroplasty.Evaluation indexes of clinical treatment ef-fect such as score of HSS and KSS after operation,hip-knee-ankle angle and so on,operation time,blood loss during op-eration and postoperative hospital stay was compared respectively between two groups. Results Evaluation indexes of clinical treatment effect such as score of HSS and KSS after operation in treatment group was better than that of control group respectively (P<0.05);operation time,postoperative hospital stay in treatment group was obviously shorter than that of control group respectively,blood loss during operation was obviously less than that of control group (P<0.05). Con-clusion Small incision unicompartmental knee arthroplasty is an effective therapy method for knee room osteoarthritis.It has a higher promotion and application value.
