本文在对国内高校教师绩效考核进行梳理的基础上，以省属重点S大学中的某二级学院为研究对象，构建了高校二级单位绩效考核指标体系，并按照正态分布原则对考核标准进行了量化；最后，对绩效考核的高效进行给出了一些促进措施。
本文在對國內高校教師績效攷覈進行梳理的基礎上，以省屬重點S大學中的某二級學院為研究對象，構建瞭高校二級單位績效攷覈指標體繫，併按照正態分佈原則對攷覈標準進行瞭量化；最後，對績效攷覈的高效進行給齣瞭一些促進措施。
본문재대국내고교교사적효고핵진행소리적기출상，이성속중점S대학중적모이급학원위연구대상，구건료고교이급단위적효고핵지표체계，병안조정태분포원칙대고핵표준진행료양화；최후，대적효고핵적고효진행급출료일사촉진조시。
Based on the analysis of the domestic university teachers’performance evaluation,this article takes a secondary school of S university as the research object,establishing the performance e-valuation index system of secondary school and quantifying performance standard in accordance with the principle of normal distribution .Some measures are used to promote the efficiency of carrying out the performance evaluation.
