产业结构调整与优化对于欠发达资源区的发展十分重要，研究延安市的产业结构调整与优化可以为其他欠发达资源区产业发展提供重要的参考价值。文章选取延安市2000－2012年三次产业结构的数据为样本，运用灰色关联分析法进行相关分析。结果表明，延安市产业发展的结构性矛盾突出，产业结构呈现出“一产基础薄弱，二产高速增长，三产发展缓慢”的不合理发展态势。因此，文章提出建议：一产继续坚持“绿色产业”的方向，发展以农副产品为原料的劳动密集型加工业；二产应积极推进“三个转化”战略和“稳油、扩煤、增气”的发展思路，构建起以矿产资源开发为基础，能源化工发展为支柱，以循环经济为重要特征的能化产业体系。三产应该加强旅游基础设施和景区景点建设，积极开发具有文化内涵的新项目等。

It is very important for industrial structure adjustment and optimization of resources for less de‐veloped areas of development .The study of industrial structure adjustment and optimization of Yan’an can provide important reference value for other underdeveloped industrial development resource area .T his pa‐per selects three industrial structure datas in Yan’an between 2000 -2012 as the sample and conducts a correlation analysis using gray relational analysis .The concrete manifestations Show that the first industri‐al base is weak ,the second industry has a high speed development ,and the third industry lags behind . Therefore ,this paper suggests that the first industry should continue to adhere to the green industry direc‐tion ,and develop labor intensive industry in agricultural and sideline products as raw materials .The sec‐ond industry should actively promote the “Three transformation strategy” ,develop ideas of “stabilizing oil” ,“expanding coal” ,“increasing gas” ,and set up the development of mineral resources as the founda‐tion ,energy and chemical industry development as the pillar ,with the circular economy as the important characteristics of the energy industry system .The third industry should strengthen the tourism infrastruc‐ture and scenic area construction ,actively develop new projects and new products ,pay attention to the cul‐tural connotation of new projects .
