痛风性关节炎是一种代谢障碍性疾病，近年来随着人们生活方式的改变，其发病率逐升高，对该病的研究也逐渐增多。为进一步研究痛风性关节炎的形成机制及防治方法，提供一个近于人类发病机理的痛风性关节炎动物模型，兹就国内外痛风性关节炎模型做一综述。

Gouty arthritis is a metabolic disorder.In recent years,with changing lifestyles,the incidence rate of gouty arthritis gradually increased and studies relate to the disease gradually increased.To further study the formation mechanism and control methods of gouty arthritis,this paper did a review on studies of animal model of gouty arthritis.
