以国家知识产权局中国专利数据库为数据源，用“药渣”作为专利名称和摘要关键词，对1985年至2014年的专利数据进行检索、分析，最终对“中药药渣”相关专利文献的申请类型、申请量、申请人、IPC 技术构成等内容进行了定量、定性分析结果，试图找出解决问题的办法，以期为更好的发展我国的中医药产业提供新的研究思路。

Taking the state intellectual property office of the Chinese patent database as the data source,and using“Traditional Chinese medicine extract residues”as the name of the patent and the keywords,to retrieve and analyze the patent data of year 1985 to 2014.Finally quantitative and qualitative analysis was given to “Traditional Chinese medicine extract residues”related to patent document application type,application,the applicant,IPC technology and so on,trying to find out a solution to the prob-lem,in order to better develop traditional Chinese medicine industry in China for new research idea.
