信息系统成功模型被广泛应用于信息系统建设效果的评价研究。本文在梳理了信息系统成功模型原理的基础上，从模型应用和模型扩展两个方面对信息系统成功模型在卫生领域的应用进行了分析，并结合我国卫生信息化的进展及特点提出利用该模型开展我国卫生信息系统效果评价的建议，以期为卫生信息化建设提供参考。

The information system success (ISS) model has been widely used in evaluation research of information system construction. On the basis of the principle of the ISS model, this paper analyzed its application in the field of healthcare from two aspects covering the model application and model extension. In combination with the advances and features of health informatization in China, suggestions were proposed in this paper toutilize the model in evaluation of the effectiveness of the domestic health information system, which provided references for health informatization construction.
