分别采用交流谐振和交流电桥的方法对混合排列向列相液晶盒电容进行了测量,得到了液晶空盒的谐振曲线和液晶盒的电容‐电压特性曲线,由此给出了对应两种情况的液晶盒电容值,并与理论值进行了比较,理论值和实验值拟合得很好,说明交流电桥方法是测量液晶盒电容的一种有效的方法。
分彆採用交流諧振和交流電橋的方法對混閤排列嚮列相液晶盒電容進行瞭測量,得到瞭液晶空盒的諧振麯線和液晶盒的電容‐電壓特性麯線,由此給齣瞭對應兩種情況的液晶盒電容值,併與理論值進行瞭比較,理論值和實驗值擬閤得很好,說明交流電橋方法是測量液晶盒電容的一種有效的方法。

The capacitance of liquid crystal cell is a fixed value without any liquid crystal material filled in it , however ,the capacitance value is tunable when some liquid crystal is filled in the cell .Adopting the resonance of alternating‐current (AC ) circuit and the method of AC bridges , the capacitance of hybrid aligned nematic (HAN) liquid crystal cell for these two cases is measured experimentally .The resonance curve of the empty liquid crystal cell and the capacitance‐voltage characteristic curve of liquid crystal cell are obtained from which the capacitance values for these two cases are given .Compared with the theoretical value of liquid crystal capacitance ,the experimental results are well fitted with the theory ,which shows that the method of AC bridges is a kind of effective method to measure the capacitance of liquid crystal cell .
