现代中医教育为培养适应现代诊疗境遇与促进和谐医患关系的合格中医实践者,其实践模式需要探索。“三维延展”现代中医教育实践模式是指从院校教育、师承教育和继续教育3个维度出发,突破单一的在院校教育中实施对教育者有关和谐医患关系的教育。它强调以院校教育为基础,以师承教育为支撑,以继续教育为补充,全方位、全覆盖持续进行和谐医患关系认知和实践教育,真正把重视医患关系和谐教育理念融入到培养医务人员的全过程中。

New modes should be explored to educate qualified TCM practitioners who suit the needs of the new society to promote a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. The“three-dimensional extension”TCM educational pattern includes three aspects of education: namely, college education, succession of teachings from masters to disciples, and extension education. The first aspect of education is the basis, the second is the support and the last is the supplement. They work together to make up complete and constant education to help students to understand and practice harmonious doctor-patient relationship. In this way the concept of harmonious doctor-patient relationship can be really carried out thought the whole educational process.
