收集过敏性紫癜( HSP)患儿56 例,探讨不同分组血清IgA1及其低糖基化水平与临床症状的相关性. 结果显示HSP轻度组患儿血清IgA1 水平及蚕豆凝集素和IgA1 结合力低于重度组,差异有统计学意义( P<0. 05 );轻度与中度组差异无统计学意义;HSP患儿血清IgA1 水平增高且存在低糖基化,其血清异常IgA1水平可能与病情轻重、蛋白尿严重程度相关.

56 cases of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura in children were collected, to investigate the level of serum IgA1 and galactose-deficient IgA1 in different groups. At the same time, to explore the correlation between clinical symp-toms and the level of serum IgA1 and galactose-deficient IgA1 . The results showed that the group with mild levels of serum IgA1 and IgA1 binding force vicia villosa lectin was lower than the severe group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant ( P <0. 05 ); there was no significant difference between the mild group and the moderate group. Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura with the serum IgA1 had increased,and they had low galactose. The levels of ga-lactose-deficient IgA1 may be associated with the severity of the disease and proteinuria.
