目的:探索一种肺癌染色体分析的有效方法。方法通过原代培养获取肺癌单细胞,采用G显带染色,比较不同秋水仙素作用量和作用时间及不同低渗时间所获取的染色体数量、形态及条带情况。结果秋水仙素0.1μg/ml作用100 min,低渗20 min获得的染色体数量多、形态规则匀称,条带清晰。结论秋水仙素可用于肺癌核型分析及获取肺癌染色体谱。

목적:탐색일충폐암염색체분석적유효방법。방법통과원대배양획취폐암단세포,채용G현대염색,비교불동추수선소작용량화작용시간급불동저삼시간소획취적염색체수량、형태급조대정황。결과추수선소0.1μg/ml작용100 min,저삼20 min획득적염색체수량다、형태규칙균칭,조대청석。결론추수선소가용우폐암핵형분석급획취폐암염색체보。
Objective To investigate a effective method on the Colc hic ine in chromosome identification method in lung cancer. Methods Single cell was obtained from primary culture,the number,morphology and strip situation of lung chromosome with the different dosage and time of colchicine as well as different hypotonic time via uesing G-banding were compared. Results The chromosome with better quantity,regular morphology and clear bands was obtained in the group treated with 0.1 μg/ml Colchicine culturing 100 min and hypotonicing 20 min. Conclusion Colchicine can be used for karyotype analyses,and the chromosome in lung cancer is obtained.
