目的：研究整合素β1与TIMP-1在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征等因素间的关系。方法选取2013年1月~2014年10月本院60例子宫内膜腺癌组织作为研究组，20例正常子宫内膜组织作为对照组，应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测其整合素β1和TIMP-1的表达情况，分析两者与子宫内膜腺癌的关系。结果整合素β1在子宫内膜腺癌中的阳性表达率为76.67%，高于对照组的15.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；整合素β1表达程度与癌细胞的组织学分级呈正相关(P<0.05)，与手术病理分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。 TIMP-1在子宫内膜腺癌中的阳性表达率为65.00%，高于对照组的25.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫内膜腺癌中整合素β1与TIMP-1的阳性表达率呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论整合素β1和TIMP-1与子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展有关，联合检测整合素β1和TIMP-1在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达，对辅助判断子宫内膜腺癌的恶性程度、转移潜能及预后有重要的参考价值。
목적：연구정합소β1여TIMP-1재자궁내막선암중적표체급기여림상병리특정등인소간적관계。방법선취2013년1월~2014년10월본원60례자궁내막선암조직작위연구조，20례정상자궁내막조직작위대조조，응용면역조직화학S-P법검측기정합소β1화TIMP-1적표체정황，분석량자여자궁내막선암적관계。결과정합소β1재자궁내막선암중적양성표체솔위76.67%，고우대조조적15.00%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；정합소β1표체정도여암세포적조직학분급정정상관(P<0.05)，여수술병리분기정정상관(P<0.05)。 TIMP-1재자궁내막선암중적양성표체솔위65.00%，고우대조조적25.00%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。자궁내막선암중정합소β1여TIMP-1적양성표체솔정정상관(P<0.05)。결론정합소β1화TIMP-1여자궁내막선암적발생、발전유관，연합검측정합소β1화TIMP-1재자궁내막선암중적표체，대보조판단자궁내막선암적악성정도、전이잠능급예후유중요적삼고개치。
Objective To investigate the expression of intergrin-β1 and TIMP-1 in human endometrial adenocarcinoma and the relationship between each other. Methods From October 2014 to January 2013,60 cases of endometrial adeno-carcinoma tissues in our hospital were selected as the research group,and 20 cases of normal endometrial tissues as the control group.The immuno-histochemical method was used to examine the expression of intergrin-β1 and TIMP-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue and the normal endometrial tissue separately.The relationship between the two and endometrial adenocarcinoma was analyzed. Results The expression of intergrin-β1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tis-sue was 76.67%,higher than 15.00% in control group,it was related with differentiation of cancer cells and operation pathologic staging (P<0.05).The expression of TIMP-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue was 65%, higher than 25.00%in control group,it was related with operation pathologic staging (P<0.05),but not related with differentiation of cancer cells (P>0.05).Positive correlation was found between intergrin-β1 and TIMP-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue. Conclusion Intergrin-β1 and TIMP-1 may be associated with the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma,and which may be acted as clinical indexes that they are related to the invasion and metastasis of en-dometrial adenocarcinoma.
