目的:以同时测定防风中的两种色原酮物质升麻素苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷为目标,建立了上述两种物质的的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱采用 Agilent TC-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);梯度洗脱的流动相为水、甲醇,检测波长254 nm,流速1 mL/min,柱温35℃,进样量10μL。结果:不同生长方式的防风样品的5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量无统计学意义,野生和栽培防风的升麻素苷含量有差异,不同生长方式对防风样品的色原酮含量有差异。结论:野生防风质量较好,同时测定两种色原酮方法简便,结果准确,精密度、重现性、稳定性较好,可以此作为防风中升麻素苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的测定方法。

목적:이동시측정방풍중적량충색원동물질승마소감화5-O-갑기유사아미순감위목표,건립료상술량충물질적적함량측정방법。방법:색보주채용 Agilent TC-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);제도세탈적류동상위수、갑순,검측파장254 nm,류속1 mL/min,주온35℃,진양량10μL。결과:불동생장방식적방풍양품적5-O-갑기유사아미순감함량무통계학의의,야생화재배방풍적승마소감함량유차이,불동생장방식대방풍양품적색원동함량유차이。결론:야생방풍질량교호,동시측정량충색원동방법간편,결과준학,정밀도、중현성、은정성교호,가이차작위방풍중승마소감화5-O-갑기유사아미순감적측정방법。
Objective:To establish a content determination method to simultaneously determine two kinds of chromoneS including Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 4’-O-beta-Glucopyranosyl-5-O-Methylvisamminol in Fangfeng.Methods:Agilent TC-C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used as chromatographic column;water and methanol were used as gradient elution of the mobile phase, wave length of 254nm was detected,with the flow rate of 1 mL /min,column temperature of 35 ℃,the injection volume 10μL. Results:4’-O-beta-Glucopyranosyl-5-O-Methylvisamminol content of Fangfeng with different growth patterns had no significant difference;there was difference in the content of Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin between wild and cultivated Fangfeng;there were differ-ences in Chromones contents in Fangfeng with different growth patterns.Conclusion:Wild Fangfeng has better quality,and the simultaneous determination of two Chromones method is simple,accurate,with good precision,reproducibility and stability,and this can be used as determination method of Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 4 ’-O-beta-Glucopyranosyl-5-O-Methylvisamminol in Fangfeng.
