目的:评价情景模拟教学法相对于传统教学法对医学本科生学习效果的影响。方法通过计算机检索国内外两种教学法的对照研究文献,用Meta分析法进行系统评价。结果最终纳入8篇文献1671名医学生,Meta分析结果显示:与传统教学法相比,情景模拟教学法在学生理论成绩、操作技能成绩、教学效果评价均优于传统教学法。结论情景模拟教学法对医学本科生学习效果的总体评价优于传统教学法。

Objective To assess the effect of teaching results of scene simulation teaching method comparing with traditional methods in medical undergraduate students. Methods Computer retrieval was conducted to search for controlled studies comparing scene simulation teaching method and traditional methods. Data were analyzed by using Meta-analyses. Results Only 8 articles, 1 671 students were included in the study. Meta-analyses indicated that for medical undergraduate students, Scene Simulation Teaching Method can lead to better examination results than traditional methods in theoretic knowledge examination, operate ability examination and teaching result evaluation. Conclusion Scene simulation teaching method are associated with better teaching results than traditional methods in medical undergraduate students.
