Taking a high-rise building in Beijing Fangshan as an example,through the discussion on the transfinite situation of the project,this paper introduced the design methods and matters needing attention of this transfinite high-rise structure,including the structure layout,seismic a-nalysis method and performance-based objective selection,had reference for similar design of residential and commercial complex building.
