以燃煤电厂煤粉锅炉的排渣系统为研究对象,从技术性和经济性两方面,对湿式除渣系统和干式除渣系统进行对比研究。结果表明:湿式除渣系统技术成熟、运行经验丰富、初投资相对较低,但存在灰场占地面积大和环境污染的问题;干式除渣系统节能、环保,但初投资相对较高,国内运行经验相对较少。以上结论为今后燃煤电厂除渣系统的设计提供依据和参考。

From the technical and economic aspects, a comparative study is carried out on the wet-type and dry-type ash removal systems for the pulverized coal-fired boiler in coal-fired thermal power stations.It shows that the wet-type ash removal system is of advantages such as the mature technology, abundant operation experience and low initial invest-ment, but also of disadvantages such as the big covering area and environmental pollution problem.While the dry-type ash removal system is energy-saving and environmental friendly, but of high initial investment and less operation experi-ence.The findings provide a useful reference for the future design of ash removal systems in coal-fired power stations.
