光伏阵列在运行过程中出现开路或短路故障都会严重影响阵列的输出功率。通过实验搭建2×2光伏阵列来研究单串组件发生开路、短路故障时的输出特性。根据光伏阵列出现开、短路故障的I-U特性,提出了一种基于电流-电压的故障检测新方法。并应用PSIM软件进行故障仿真,将PSIM的仿真数据导入MATLAB中进行分析。仿真结果验证了方法的正确性,根据该检测方法,可准确分析出故障位置。

During the operation of photovoltaic ( PV) arrays, the open-circuit or short-circuit faults will seriously affect the output power.Thus, the output characteristics of single string PV modules under the open-circuit or short-circuit fault conditions are studied with experimental tests on a 2 ×2 PV array.A novel fault detection method based on the voltage and current data is proposed.Numerical simulation of the fault detection method is also carried out with the PSIM software.Simulation data from PSIM is then analyzed in MATLAB.Results show that the proposed method is effective and able to locate the fault accurately.
