房颤是临床上最常见的心律失常之一，房颤会造成血流动力学的改变，诱发血栓形成，左心耳又是房颤患者血栓形成的重要场所，左心耳封堵术可以作为新的治疗选择，帮助不适用或者耐受长期华法林抗凝的非瓣膜性房颤患者安全有效地预防脑卒中的发生。临床上针对常用的左心耳封堵器进行了很多前瞻性或者回顾性的临床研究，对比左心耳封堵术与长期口服华法林抗凝治疗的安全性和有效性。目前认为，左心耳封堵术在预防非瓣膜性房颤患者血栓栓塞的安全性和有效性不逊于长期口服华法林抗凝治疗。

Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common clinical arrhythmias. Atrial fibrillation will cause the change of hemodynamics and induce the formation of thrombus. Left atrial appendage is an important place for blood clots in patients with atrial fibrillation. Left atrial appendage occlusion can be a new treatment options to help patients who are not applicable to or tolerate the long-term warfarin anticoagulation. The safety and effectiveness of left atrial appendage occluder have been widely tested in many prospective or retrospective clinical study compared with long-term oral anticoagulation therapy with warfarin. At present, it is believed that the safety and effectiveness of left atrial appendage occlusion is not inferior to long-term oral anticoagulation with warfarin in prevention of thromboembolism in patients with none-valvular atrial fibrillation.
