数控摇臂铣床加装转台C轴后再利用其摇臂做相对固定的主轴摆角即可实现摆头+摆台组合的五轴加工,从而使其加工工艺范围得到拓展,但针对摇臂铣Z轴运动控制方式的不同,其坐标转换的算法规则也不同。在使用MasterCAM构建相适应的固定倾角五轴加工刀路的基础上,对沿刀轴Z向伸缩控制的机床结构模式,进行了后处理的算法修正,并通过VERICUT多轴仿真系统实施了验证。
數控搖臂鐉床加裝轉檯C軸後再利用其搖臂做相對固定的主軸襬角即可實現襬頭+襬檯組閤的五軸加工,從而使其加工工藝範圍得到拓展,但針對搖臂鐉Z軸運動控製方式的不同,其坐標轉換的算法規則也不同。在使用MasterCAM構建相適應的固定傾角五軸加工刀路的基礎上,對沿刀軸Z嚮伸縮控製的機床結構模式,進行瞭後處理的算法脩正,併通過VERICUT多軸倣真繫統實施瞭驗證。

CNC rocker milling machine was installed with rotating C?axis and then the rocker shaft was used to make relatively fixed swing angle, then five axis machining based on head+table combination could be realized, so the scope of manufacturing process was expanded. But for the rocker milling with different Z?axis motion control method, the rules of its coordinate transformation algorithm were different. On the basis of a fixed angle five axis machining tool paths built by using MasterCAM, aiming at the machine structure mode of stretching control along the Z?axis, a post?processing algorithm correction was conducted. And it was verified through multi?axis simulation system VERICUT.
