基于安全社区建设视角，以2003－2012年统计数据为基础，将安全社区建设引入城市人居环境研究之中，利用主成分分析理论和模糊数学模型对大连安全社区建设与城市人居环境发展的各项评价指标进行整合计算，并对两个体系共同的协调发展程度进行了分析。结果表明：（1）2002年以来开展的安全社区建设成果在2008年后开始初步显现，安全社区建设及其所推广的安全促进项目有力地推动了城市人居环境向好发展；（2）人居环境的改善为安全社区建设提供了有效的环境支持，实现了社区的安全促进和安全改善，通过改善人居环境过程中的基础设施建设，有效地促进了社区安全改进，为大连市的安全社区建设做出了基础铺垫；（3）安全社区建设和人居环境改善协调度较高，可互为支撑，协调发展。协调发展的两者是实现大连社会、经济、环境、安全和区域整体竞争力持续发展进步的目标。
基于安全社區建設視角，以2003－2012年統計數據為基礎，將安全社區建設引入城市人居環境研究之中，利用主成分分析理論和模糊數學模型對大連安全社區建設與城市人居環境髮展的各項評價指標進行整閤計算，併對兩箇體繫共同的協調髮展程度進行瞭分析。結果錶明：（1）2002年以來開展的安全社區建設成果在2008年後開始初步顯現，安全社區建設及其所推廣的安全促進項目有力地推動瞭城市人居環境嚮好髮展；（2）人居環境的改善為安全社區建設提供瞭有效的環境支持，實現瞭社區的安全促進和安全改善，通過改善人居環境過程中的基礎設施建設，有效地促進瞭社區安全改進，為大連市的安全社區建設做齣瞭基礎鋪墊；（3）安全社區建設和人居環境改善協調度較高，可互為支撐，協調髮展。協調髮展的兩者是實現大連社會、經濟、環境、安全和區域整體競爭力持續髮展進步的目標。
기우안전사구건설시각，이2003－2012년통계수거위기출，장안전사구건설인입성시인거배경연구지중，이용주성분분석이론화모호수학모형대대련안전사구건설여성시인거배경발전적각항평개지표진행정합계산，병대량개체계공동적협조발전정도진행료분석。결과표명：（1）2002년이래개전적안전사구건설성과재2008년후개시초보현현，안전사구건설급기소추엄적안전촉진항목유력지추동료성시인거배경향호발전；（2）인거배경적개선위안전사구건설제공료유효적배경지지，실현료사구적안전촉진화안전개선，통과개선인거배경과정중적기출설시건설，유효지촉진료사구안전개진，위대련시적안전사구건설주출료기출포점；（3）안전사구건설화인거배경개선협조도교고，가호위지탱，협조발전。협조발전적량자시실현대련사회、경제、배경、안전화구역정체경쟁력지속발전진보적목표。
With the perspective of safe community and bases on the statistics during 2003 -2012 ,in this paper ,the author uses principal component analysis theory and vague mathematical model to in‐tegrate and calculate the assessment indexes of safe community construction and human settlements in Dalian .Then ,the author analyzes the coordination degree of these two systems ,and draws the following three conclusions :(1)Early signs of positive results of safe community construction since 2002 have been noticed from 2008 ,and the construction as well as its promotion projects have promo‐ted the development of human settlements ;(2)The improvement of human settlements has provided effective environmental support to safe community construction ,w hich yielded a better community safety environment .And through infrastructural construction during human settlements improve‐ment ,the community safety has been effectively improved ,w hich laid a solid foundation for Dalian’ s safe community construction;(3)Safe community construction and the improvement of human set‐tlements environment are highly coordinated and they can mutually support each other and realize co‐ordinated development ,w hich is the goal of Dalian’s sustainable development on society ,economy , environment ,safety and regional competitiveness .
