Taking the crossing section at arteries as the main research object,the paper undertakes the optimal design for the signal control over the crossing section of arteries,has the Vissim simulation for the signal control scheme before and after the optimization from the queue length, parking times,and delayed periods,and points out the latter design can greatly relieve the traffic jams.
