针对某一种装载机双泵合流液压系统中用到的合流卸荷阀,在分析其结构特点与工作原理的基础上,运用AMESim软件搭建了仿真模型,对该合流卸荷阀进行仿真并进行试验验证,通过试验与仿真结果的比较验证了仿真模型的正确性。并仿真分析主要参数对其动态特性的影响。该研究为该型卸荷阀的优化设计提供一定的参考作用。
針對某一種裝載機雙泵閤流液壓繫統中用到的閤流卸荷閥,在分析其結構特點與工作原理的基礎上,運用AMESim軟件搭建瞭倣真模型,對該閤流卸荷閥進行倣真併進行試驗驗證,通過試驗與倣真結果的比較驗證瞭倣真模型的正確性。併倣真分析主要參數對其動態特性的影響。該研究為該型卸荷閥的優化設計提供一定的參攷作用。

For a kind of unloading valve used in double pump combined hydraulic system of loader, on the basis of analyzing the structure characteristics and working principle, AMESim software was used to build the simulation model of the unloading valve. Through the comparison of experiment and simulation results, the validity of the simulation model was verified. The influences of main parameters on its dynamic characteristics were analyzed. The study provides certain reference for optimization design of unloading valve.
