粒子冲击钻井系统的粒子注入系统,高压罐和螺旋输送机之间结构连接紧凑,空间狭小,电机的安装比较复杂,易产生振动。为解决此问题,研制出一种能够实现钢粒均匀、稳定、可控注入的粒子冲击钻井液压动力控制装置。对该装置液压系统进行设计,计算系统关键技术参数,优选动力系统设备。室内试验表明:在机筒内压25 MPa条件下,液压动力装置稳定运行240 min,液压控制系统能有效提供动力源,而且粒子驱动装置能稳定、可靠地运行。研究内容对粒子冲击钻井技术在我国深井硬地层钻井现场的推广应用具有重要意义。

A hydraulic power control device for the particle impact drilling which could be used to realize even, stable and con?trollable injection of steel particle was developed to solve the problems existing in the particle injection system of the particle impact drilling system, such as the compact connection and narrow space between the high?pressure tank and the screw conveyor, complexity of motor installation and vibration. The hydraulic system was designed, the key technical parameters of the hydraulic system were calcu?lated and optimal power system equipment was selected. The laboratory experimental results show that, under the condition of 25 MPa in the barrel, the stable operation of the hydraulic power unit lasts for 240 minutes, which not only verifies that the hydraulic control system can provide effective power source, but also guarantees the stable, reliable operation of the particle driving device. Simultane?ously, it is of great significance to the promotion and application of particle impact drilling technology in deep hard formation drilling site in our country.
