目的：观察手法整复及整复后的中西结合康复治疗尺桡骨骨折的疗效。方法在我院2013年至2015年就诊的尺桡骨骨折患者记录中随机选取140例作为本次研究对象，分为观察组和对照组各70例，对照组采用手法整复配合抗生素进行康复治疗，观察组在此基础上采用中药进行康复治疗。在两种不同的治疗方式下，观察两组患者伤口的愈合时间，愈合情况以及并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者的愈合时间明显少于对照组，愈合情况明显好于对照组，并发症的发生率明显低于对照组，两者间存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论手法整复及整复后的中西结合康复治疗可以有效较少患者的愈合时间，提高愈合质量，且治疗后并发症的发生率较低，应加大推广范围和力度。
목적：관찰수법정복급정복후적중서결합강복치료척뇨골골절적료효。방법재아원2013년지2015년취진적척뇨골골절환자기록중수궤선취140례작위본차연구대상，분위관찰조화대조조각70례，대조조채용수법정복배합항생소진행강복치료，관찰조재차기출상채용중약진행강복치료。재량충불동적치료방식하，관찰량조환자상구적유합시간，유합정황이급병발증적발생솔。결과관찰조환자적유합시간명현소우대조조，유합정황명현호우대조조，병발증적발생솔명현저우대조조，량자간존재현저성차이，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론수법정복급정복후적중서결합강복치료가이유효교소환자적유합시간，제고유합질량，차치료후병발증적발생솔교저，응가대추엄범위화력도。
Objective To observe clinical effect of manipulative reduction to ulnar and radius fracture and treatment by combination of Chinese and Western medicine after rehabilitation.Method choose 140 patients with ulnar and radius fracture as research objects in records of patients received our hospital during 2013 and 2015,and randomly divide them into observation and control group, 70 cases in each. Control group was treated with manipulative reduction combined with antibiotics, and observation group with Chinese medicine on the basis of control group. Observe healing time, healing situation and complications of two groups under two different treatments.Result healing time of observation group is significantly less than control group, healing situation is significantly better than control group, and complications incidence was significantly lower than control group, there was significant difference with statistical significance between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion manipulative reduction and treatment of Chinese combined with Western medicine may reduce healing time effectively, and improve healing quality with lower complications incidence, which should increase scope and intensity of spreading.
