以宽厚板轧机的高压水除鳞系统为研究对象,运用空气热力学、流体力学和传热学,对气水罐的气动管路发热问题进行理论分析,根据分析结果提出改进措施。理论研究表明:气动管路出口温度高于气水罐设计值的主要原因是其内部流速过快,管路内表面传热系数高所致。实践证明:为气动管路选取合理的直径可成功解决温度过高问题,与定量分析结果一致。

For the high?pressure descaling system of plate mill, using air thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer, a theoretical analysis was carried to the air?pipeline heating of the accumulator, improvement measures were proposed according to the a?nalysis results. Theory research shows that the outlet temperature is higher than the design value, the main reason is that the flow veloc?ity is too quickly, coming into a high heat transfer coefficient in the inner?surface of air?pipeline. Practice has proved that the reasona?ble diameter of the air?pipeline can successfully solve the problem of high temperature, in accordance with the quantitative analysis re?sults.
