提出了内部自带整流片的喷嘴结构。利用FLUENT软件仿真分析了整流片数量和长度对喷嘴速度分布、轴心线上水的湍流度、轴心线上动压的影响。仿真结果表明:对于8 mm的喷嘴,整流片长度为21?4 mm、片数为4片时喷嘴具有较低的水流湍流强度,保证了较好的冲洗能力。
提齣瞭內部自帶整流片的噴嘴結構。利用FLUENT軟件倣真分析瞭整流片數量和長度對噴嘴速度分佈、軸心線上水的湍流度、軸心線上動壓的影響。倣真結果錶明:對于8 mm的噴嘴,整流片長度為21?4 mm、片數為4片時噴嘴具有較低的水流湍流彊度,保證瞭較好的遲洗能力。

Low pressure rectiblock nozzle enhance the jet cleaning effect by using rectifying properties. Using FLUENT software, the effects of the rectiblock number and length of low pressure rectiblock nozzle were analyzed, and their effects to the jet velocity, the turbulence intensity and the dynamic pressure were gotten. The simulation results show:for the 8 mm nozzle, when the length of the re?ctiblock is 21?4 mm, number for 4 pieces, the turbulence intensity is low and the nozzle has a good ability of water flushing.
