微型企业在促进经济发展、带动就业、活跃市场等方面发挥重要作用，通过对江苏省166家微型企业的调查，发现微型企业在创业过程中普遍面临缺乏创业资金、正规融资渠道不畅、人力资本匮乏、转型升级困难等困境。特别是创业融资过程中面临的内源融资比例过大、融资成本居高不下等问题，严重制约了微型企业的发展。对此，一是要完善融资体系，助推微型企业融资；二是要加强创业培训和辅导，提高微型企业人力资本；三是要健全政策体系，促进微型企业转型升级；四是要重视规划和宣传引导，汇聚支持微型企业创业发展的多方合力。从而有效化解微型企业创业面临的困境，促进全省大量的微型企业持续健康发展。

Microenterprises play important roles in promoting economic development,increasing employment,activating the market.Through the investigation to 166 micro enterprises in Jiangsu province,we found that micro enterprises generally face the problem of lacking venture capital,hav-ing sluggish formal financing channels,lacking of human capital shortage,and having difficulties in the transformation and upgrading in the entrepreneurial process,especially the large ratio of internal financing in the process of venture capital financing and the high cost of financing,which seriously re-strict the development of micro enterprises.In this regard,measures should be taken on the followingaspects:first,improving the financing system to boost the miniature enterprise financing;second, strengthening the business training and guidance to improve human capital micro enterprise;third,im-proving the policy system to promote the transformation and upgrading of micro enterprises;forth, paying attention to the planning and publicity guide to converge multi together support micro enterpri-ses and entrepreneurship.Therefore,dilemmas with which micro enterprises are faced could be effec-tively resolved,and sustainable and healthy development of micro enterprises could be promoted.
