肺动脉高压危象是肺动脉高压患者的主要死亡和病残原因，目前对其的预防和管理主要是使用针对前列环素、内皮素和一氧化氮信号传导通路的多种药物治疗，从而改善患者的心、肺功能。本文简要介绍肺动脉高压危象的诊断、发病机制及治疗现状，以期提高临床医师对此疾病的重视程度、改善这类患者的预后。

Pulmonary hypertension crisis is an important cause of morbidity and mortality in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension. At present, various drug therapies targeting prostacyclin, endothelin and nitric oxide signaling pathways within the pulmonary circulation are used for its prevention and management so as to improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients. The current diagnosis, pathogenesis and treatment status for pulmonary hypertension crisis are briefly introduced in this article in order to improve the degree of attention of the practitioner to this disease and the prognosis of the patients.
