乡村的功能和作用发生一系列的转变，如何围绕新城镇化合理重构乡村空间，成为当前乡村空间建设的重点。基于新城镇化背景下，文章着力分析乡村空间遇到的转变和问题，诸如空心村、乡土特性衰败、建设用地无序增长和公共服务设施落后等，从村镇体系重构、生产空间重构、生活空间重构和自然环境重构等四个方面完成乡村空间重构，与新城镇化“以人为本”、“城乡统筹”、“生态文明”、“绿色集约”等原则相契合。
鄉村的功能和作用髮生一繫列的轉變，如何圍繞新城鎮化閤理重構鄉村空間，成為噹前鄉村空間建設的重點。基于新城鎮化揹景下，文章著力分析鄉村空間遇到的轉變和問題，諸如空心村、鄉土特性衰敗、建設用地無序增長和公共服務設施落後等，從村鎮體繫重構、生產空間重構、生活空間重構和自然環境重構等四箇方麵完成鄉村空間重構，與新城鎮化“以人為本”、“城鄉統籌”、“生態文明”、“綠色集約”等原則相契閤。

The function and effects of the country has undergone a series of changes, and how to reconstruct the rural space under the background of new urbanization becomes the focus of the construction of rural space. This paper tries to analyze the changes and problems in rural areas, such as hollow vil-lage, the decline of local characteristics, disorderly growth of the construction land, poor public service facilities and so on. Reconstruct rural space from four aspects such as reconstruction of rural system, reconstruction of production space, reconstruction of living space and reconstruction of natural envi-ronment. And all those above meet with the rules of new urbanization, i. e. people foremost, urban-rural integration, ecological civilization and green in-tensification.
