以某产品为例说明,利用宏程序为多品种小批量(产品结构相似,加工过程相似,每批数量不大)生产建立通用程序,可显著提高生产效率。利用宏程序还可以预防和避免生产中曾经出现的撞刀问题,具体办法如下:利用条件语句,通过高度比较,规避盘铣刀撞到夹具上;通过选择合适的下刀点,实现背面圆弧的安全加工。
