为给正交异性钢桥面板结构型式设计提供参考,以邓文中和Kazuyuki Mizuguchi给出的新型大纵肋型式为基础,对3种纵肋型式的正交异性板结构模型分别施加横纵向荷载,考察3处疲劳易损细节的应力幅值,以此为主要指标分析各关键易损部位的疲劳性能。研究结果表明:在纵肋-顶板焊缝附近,新型大纵肋结构产生的应力幅偏高,加入内置小隔板可以使此部位的疲劳性能得到改善;而在纵肋-横隔板相交部位,新型大纵肋模型中各考察位置的应力幅值比传统纵肋模型中的要小。新型大纵肋结构可以明显减少焊缝数量,这对降低加工成本,控制疲劳病害是有益的。

To provide reference for the design of orthotropic steel deck structures ,the ortho‐tropic steel deck with new type of large longitudinal ribs proposed by Man‐Chung Tang and Ka‐zuyuki Mizuguchi are taken to represent the baseline in this study ,The models of orthotropic steel plate structures with three types of longitudinal ribs were established ,to which the transverse and longitudinal loads were applied ,with the intension of examining the stress ranges of three fatigue‐sensitive details and using the results as main indexes to analyze the fatigue performance of each key fatigue‐sensitive parts .The results of the study indicate that in the vicinity of longitudinal rib‐top plate welding joints ,the stress range generated by the new large longitudinal ribs is high ,and by adding small inner separating plates , the fatigue performance of this part can be improved . Whereas at the intersections of longitudinal ribs and diaphragms ,the stress ranges of all the exam‐ined locations in the new large longitudinal rib models are smaller than those of the conventional longitudinal rib models .The new type of large longitudinal rib structure can distinctively reduce the amount of welding joints ,which is beneficial to manufacturing cost reduction and fatigue dete‐rioration control .
