选用不同的研磨方式对小麦、玉米、麸皮、菜籽粕、棉籽粕、喷浆玉米皮和DDGS 7种样品进行粉碎处理,样品粉碎过1.0 mm的筛,并采用激光粒度仪对粒度的大小和分布进行分析测定。利用国标法和滤袋法两种方法对不同粒度样品的粗纤维含量进行测定。结果表明:不同粉碎方式导致样品的粒度大小及体积累积分布差异明显,不同方式粉碎的样品分别对国标法和滤袋法的结果有一定影响,但总体差异在可接受范围内;对同一种粒度样品,国标法和滤袋法两种方法测得粗纤维的结果影响差异不显著,滤袋法可替代国标法检测饲料中粗纤维的含量,以提高工作效率。

Wheat ,corn ,bran meal ,rapeseed meal ,cottonseed meal ,shotcrete corn bran and DDGS were ground by three different grind methods ,through 1 .0 mm sieve .Particle size was analyzed by a laser particle size analyzer .By using national standard method and the filter bag method ,crude fiber content of samples with different particle size was determined .The re‐sults showed that :different grinding methods led to different size and distribution of the sample ,for crude fiber content ,the national standard method and filter bag method by different grinding ways were no significant difference;samples of the same kind of granularity ,crude fiber content by the two methods had no significant difference .So to improve work efficiency ,filter bag could replace of national standard method for determination of crude fiber content in feed .
