为探讨复方黄芪制剂对鸡新城疫灭活疫苗免疫效果的影响,将300只1日龄海兰褐雏鸡随机分成Ⅰ组(低剂量添加组)、Ⅱ组(中剂量添加组)、Ⅲ组(高剂量添加组)、Ⅳ组(阴性对照组)和Ⅴ组(阳性对照组)。7日龄时,除阴性对照组不免疫外,其余各组鸡均颈背部皮下注射新城疫灭活疫苗,0.25 mL/羽,同时Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别按10、20、40 g/kg 体重,灌服复方黄芪制剂,每天1次,连续5 d。然后在免疫后第7、14、21、28、35天时,从各组中随机选取8只健康鸡无菌采集心血1.0 mL,分离血清,用于鸡新城疫 HI 抗体、SOD 和 IFN-γ的测定。结果表明,新城疫 HI 抗体效价,血清中 SOD 和 IFN-γ的活性或浓度,复方黄芪中剂量组均高于其余各组,且与低剂量添加组、阳性对照组相比,呈显著(P <0.05)或极显著差异(P <0.01)。说明复方黄芪按20 g/kg 体重的剂量给雏鸡口服,能显著提高雏鸡的新城疫 HI 抗体水平,同时也能提高雏鸡SOD 和 IFN-γ的水平。
為探討複方黃芪製劑對鷄新城疫滅活疫苗免疫效果的影響,將300隻1日齡海蘭褐雛鷄隨機分成Ⅰ組(低劑量添加組)、Ⅱ組(中劑量添加組)、Ⅲ組(高劑量添加組)、Ⅳ組(陰性對照組)和Ⅴ組(暘性對照組)。7日齡時,除陰性對照組不免疫外,其餘各組鷄均頸揹部皮下註射新城疫滅活疫苗,0.25 mL/羽,同時Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ組分彆按10、20、40 g/kg 體重,灌服複方黃芪製劑,每天1次,連續5 d。然後在免疫後第7、14、21、28、35天時,從各組中隨機選取8隻健康鷄無菌採集心血1.0 mL,分離血清,用于鷄新城疫 HI 抗體、SOD 和 IFN-γ的測定。結果錶明,新城疫 HI 抗體效價,血清中 SOD 和 IFN-γ的活性或濃度,複方黃芪中劑量組均高于其餘各組,且與低劑量添加組、暘性對照組相比,呈顯著(P <0.05)或極顯著差異(P <0.01)。說明複方黃芪按20 g/kg 體重的劑量給雛鷄口服,能顯著提高雛鷄的新城疫 HI 抗體水平,同時也能提高雛鷄SOD 和 IFN-γ的水平。
위탐토복방황기제제대계신성역멸활역묘면역효과적영향,장300지1일령해란갈추계수궤분성Ⅰ조(저제량첨가조)、Ⅱ조(중제량첨가조)、Ⅲ조(고제량첨가조)、Ⅳ조(음성대조조)화Ⅴ조(양성대조조)。7일령시,제음성대조조불면역외,기여각조계균경배부피하주사신성역멸활역묘,0.25 mL/우,동시Ⅰ、Ⅱ화Ⅲ조분별안10、20、40 g/kg 체중,관복복방황기제제,매천1차,련속5 d。연후재면역후제7、14、21、28、35천시,종각조중수궤선취8지건강계무균채집심혈1.0 mL,분리혈청,용우계신성역 HI 항체、SOD 화 IFN-γ적측정。결과표명,신성역 HI 항체효개,혈청중 SOD 화 IFN-γ적활성혹농도,복방황기중제량조균고우기여각조,차여저제량첨가조、양성대조조상비,정현저(P <0.05)혹겁현저차이(P <0.01)。설명복방황기안20 g/kg 체중적제량급추계구복,능현저제고추계적신성역 HI 항체수평,동시야능제고추계SOD 화 IFN-γ적수평。
To investigate the effects of compound Astragalus preparation on the immune efficacy of the in-activated Newcastle disease vaccine in chickens,300 one day-old Hyline brown chickens were randomly di-vided into groupⅠ(low-dose group),group Ⅱ (moderate-dose group ),group Ⅲ (high-dose group ),groupⅣ (negative control group)and group Ⅴ(positive control group ).When the chickens were 7 days of age, they were subcutaneously injected with the inactivated Newcastle disease vaccine except the negative con-trol group,each of 0.25 mL.Meanwhile,the chickens in the group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were orally gavaged with the compound Astragalus preparations as 10 g/kg,20 g/kg and 40 g/kg body weight,respec-tively,once a day for 5 consecutive days.Then at the 7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d and 35 d after immunization,eight healthy chickens were randomly selected from each group and 1.0 mL blood were collected,and sera were separated for the detection of ND-HI antibodies,SOD and IFN-γ.The results were as follows:Newcastle disease HI antibody levels,serum activity or concentration of SOD and IFN-γin the compound Astragalus moderate-dose group were higher than that of other groups,and compared with the low-dose group and the positive control group,there were significant or very significant differences.The study showed that the compound Astragalus preparations,orally gavaged with 20 g/kg body weight dose,can significantly im-prove ND-HI antibody levels and the seral activities or concentrations of SOD and IFN-γin chickens.
