探讨 H6N6亚型禽流感病毒在鸭群中的流行状况,为贵州省流感疫情动态监测及防控提供依据。从贵州三穗县某养鸭殖场采集50份泄殖腔棉拭子,处理后经过绒毛尿囊腔接种9日龄非免疫鸡胚,通过血凝(HA)和血凝抑制试验(HI)分离到1株既不是新城疫病毒,也不是 H5、H7和 H9亚型禽流感的病毒;提取病毒 RNA,通过禽流感病毒 HA 和 NA 基因通用引物扩增得到相应的 HA 和 NA 基因片段。经过测序比对分析证实所分离病毒为 H6N6亚型禽流感病毒。贵州鸭群中存在 H6N6亚型禽流感病毒,为进一步研究其起源和致病性提供了重要依据。

The present study was aimed to explore the presence and spread of H6N6 subtype influenza virus in birds in order to provide a basic dynamic of monitoring or prevention and control of avian influenza outbreaks in Guizhou.The 50 cloacal swabs were collected from duck farms in Sansui of Guizhou province,the virus was isolated and inoculated to 9 day chicken-embryos.By hemagglutinin (HA)and hemagglutination inhibition (HI)tests,the virus is neither a Newcastle disease virus,nor is H5,H7 and H9 subtypes of avian influenza virus.The viral RNA was extracted to amplify the corresponding HA and NA gene fragments by universal primers of avian influenza vi-rus HA and NA genes.These results suggested that the strain was H6N6 avian influenza virus by comparison with other strains.This study proved that the H6N6 subtype influenza virus exists in ducks of Guizhou,it provides an important basis to further study its origins and pathogenicity.
