目的：探讨高血压合并冠心病患者家庭主要照顾者负担与社会支持的关系。方法采用社会支持评定量表（SSRS）和Zarit照顾者负担量表（ZBI）对100例高血压合并冠心病患者家庭主要照顾者进行调查分析。结果高血压合并冠心病患者家庭主要照顾者的SSRS各维度评分明显低于国内常模，P<0.01；92.0%的家庭主要照顾者负担处于中重度水平；家庭主要照顾者的Zarit总评分与客观支持、主观支持和支持利用度呈显著负相关， P<0.01。结论社会支持与高血压合并冠心病患者家庭主要照顾者的负担密切相关，护理人员采取有效措施提升其社会支持程度，继而提高照顾质量。

Objective To discuss relationship between main caregiver’s burden of family with hypertension and coronary heart disease patients and social support in.Method carry on investigation and analysis to 100 main caregiver of family with hypertension and coronary heart disease (CHD) patients by social support rating scale (SSRS) and Zarit caregiver burden interview (ZBI).Result SSRS scores with each dimension of main caregiver of family with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease patients were significantly lower than those of domestic normal level, P<0.01. Burden of 92.0%main caregivers for family is in moderate to severe level. Total Zarit score of main family carers was significantly negatively correlated with objective support, subjective support and support utilization,P<0.01. Conclusion social support is closely related to burden of caregivers in family with hypertension and coronary heart disease patients, nursing staff should take effective measures to improve their social support, and enhance the nursing care quality.
