This paper elaborated the basic factors influence of architectural engineering construction cost control,analyzed the existing lack of construction cost control concept,un-scientific construction material management system and other problems in architectural engineering construc-tion cost control,and summed up the perfect construction cost control concept,strengthen the control of materials cost,in order to make the en-terprise gain good economic benefits.
