通过对北方茶树扦插苗扦插时间、扦插基质、激素处理的研究发现,在北方早秋扦插成活率达80.78%,高于晚秋季6个百分点;心土扦插圃比沙质圃的成活率高20%,心土扦插处理的茶苗光合速率、细胞间隙CO2浓度高于沙质圃扦插处理,激素处理过的茶树扦插苗效果明显.

통과대북방다수천삽묘천삽시간、천삽기질、격소처리적연구발현,재북방조추천삽성활솔체80.78%,고우만추계6개백분점;심토천삽포비사질포적성활솔고20%,심토천삽처리적다묘광합속솔、세포간극CO2농도고우사질포천삽처리,격소처리과적다수천삽묘효과명현.
Through the study on cuttage time, cuttage base and hormone treatment on North China tea trees breeding, it is found that early Autumn cuttage achieved survival rate 80.78%, six percentage higher than late Autumn cuttage, core earth base cuttage has twenty percentage higher survival rate than sandy earth base. The photosynthetic rate and CO2 concentration in cells gap of core earth base is higher than sandy earth base. And hormone has signiifcant effect on tea cuttage.
