钾钠长石矿物中的含铁化合物会降低钾钠长石的价值,本研究对华北某钾钠长石矿进行除铁试验研究,首先对矿石性质组分进行研究,得出该矿石为高铁长石矿;然后对该矿石进行了磁选试验、磁选精矿浮选试验和磁选浮选闭路联合试验,得出磁选浮选的最佳选矿条件,采用磁选浮选闭路联合流程的除含铁矿物的效果明显优于磁选和磁选精矿浮选除铁的效果。其中磁选浮选闭路联合试验的最终精矿指标为精矿铁含量0.083%,精矿产率78.13%。
鉀鈉長石礦物中的含鐵化閤物會降低鉀鈉長石的價值,本研究對華北某鉀鈉長石礦進行除鐵試驗研究,首先對礦石性質組分進行研究,得齣該礦石為高鐵長石礦;然後對該礦石進行瞭磁選試驗、磁選精礦浮選試驗和磁選浮選閉路聯閤試驗,得齣磁選浮選的最佳選礦條件,採用磁選浮選閉路聯閤流程的除含鐵礦物的效果明顯優于磁選和磁選精礦浮選除鐵的效果。其中磁選浮選閉路聯閤試驗的最終精礦指標為精礦鐵含量0.083%,精礦產率78.13%。

Ferrous mineral contained in feldspar could effect the quality of the ore. This research is about the removal of iron minerals from one feldspar mine in north China. Firstly, mineral properties are researched, which gets the conclusion that grades of iron is relatively high in this ore. And then magenetic separation test, lfoatation test in terms of concentrate of magenetic test and closed combination process of lfoatation and magnetic separation are conducted regarding this ore. In the mean time, the best condition in terms of magnetic separation and lfotation is got. Finally, the content of ferrous mineral produced from the combined progess is reduced to 0.083% and the yield of the concentrate is 78.13%, which is better than results from the other method.
