针对菱镁矿石浮选过程中Ca2+、Mg2+普遍存在的情况,研究了油酸钠体系中Ca2+、Mg2+对菱镁矿与白云石浮选行为的影响及机理,结果表明:随Ca2+、Mg2+的加入,菱镁矿与白云石的回收率降低;水玻璃为调整剂时,Ca2+、Mg2+的加入降低了菱镁矿与白云石的回收率;六偏磷酸钠为调整剂时,pH值小于10时,Ca2+、Mg2+的加入降低了菱镁矿与白云石的回收率;pH值大于10时,Ca2+、Mg2+的加入提高了白云石回收率。溶液化学计算分析表明,Ca2+、Mg2+在溶液中的存在形式,是影响矿物可浮性的重要因素。

Through lfotation testing of magnesite and dolomite single mineral, the inlfuence of calcium ion and magnesium on the lfotation of magnesite and dolomite in sodium oleate system had been studied. The results show that the inhibition of magnesite and dolomite is enhanced with the addition of calcium and magnesium ion the inhibition of magnesite and dolomite is enhanced by sodium silicate with the addition of calcium and magnesium ion, the inhibition of magnesite and dolomite is enhanced by sodium hexametaphosphate with the addition of calcium and magnesium ion in weak alkaline environment ,under the condition of strong alkaline sodium hexametaphosphate make activation on dolomite. Through the solution chemical calculation and analysis, the results show that the solution existence form of calcium and magnesium ion is the important factor that affect the mineral lfotability.
